Absolutely! One of our most popular services is package consolidation. This allows you to group several packages into a single shipment to reduce international transport costs and avoid additional customs charges.
You can store your packages at our warehouse for up to 60 days. Depending on your membership, you may have free storage days. After this period, additional daily storage fees stipulated under your membership will apply.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is received and entered into our system. You will also be able to see it in your customer account with details such as weight and dimensions.
Yes, you can request an inspection of the contents of your packages. This service includes opening the package, reviewing the contents and, if needed, photos of the contents so you can be sure of what you received.

It's very easy. You just need to register on our platform, get a personal address in Spain, and start sending your packages to that address. We take care of the rest.
We have two hubs: Barcelona and Valencia. In Barcelona we run two facilities; the newest one, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, is also an InPost, SEUR and DHL pick-up point, so if the seller only delivers to a pick-up point —the norm on Vinted and Wallapop— the parcel reaches us at no pick-up cost. When you sign up you see the available addresses in your account and choose the one you prefer for each purchase.
Yes. We have agreements with the main carriers and several of them have a pick-up point inside our own warehouse: in Barcelona we work this way with InPost, SEUR and DHL, and in that case you pay nothing extra for collection, because the parcel already arrives at our premises. When the seller only delivers to a nearby point of another carrier, we go and collect it too: there is then a fixed collection fee that you see in the app before confirming. That covers points from Correos, GLS, UPS, FedEx, MRW, NACEX, Celeritas, Zeleris, Ontime, Envialia and TIPSA around our Barcelona and Valencia warehouses. It is especially useful on Vinted and Wallapop, where private sellers almost always ship to a pick-up point.
