Yes, always. The State Revenue Committee applies the Eurasian Economic Union customs code, with a simplified channel for personal shipments. Declare the real purchase value: obvious undervaluation means retention and penalties that cost more than the tax. We prepare the declaration for you from your invoice.
Medicines by post are capped at 10 product names with 3 packs each (with prescription); radio-electronic equipment may need EAEU notification; animal-origin food needs a veterinary certificate. If the permit never arrives, or the item is outright prohibited, it gets seized. That is why it pays to ask us BEFORE buying any regulated product: we will tell you which paper it needs and how to get it.
EAEU allowance of €200 and 31 kg per shipment: below it, zero charges. The excess is taxed at 15% (minimum €2/kg); that rate is set to drop to 5% under the new regime of July 2026. Commercial imports pay EAEU duty + 20% VAT. The courier may add a small clearance handling fee. Our quoting tool shows the real total before you buy.

By express (DHL), 3 to 5 days from Europe plus 2-3 of EAEU customs control; economy, 6 to 10 days. Your MDE dashboard shows the real options with their timelines before you trigger the shipment.
Don\'t panic: most holds are about paperwork, not violations. The courier notifies you of the reason; it is almost always solved by providing the purchase invoice, the prescription or the missing permit. Write to us with your tracking number and we will manage the case with you until release.
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Follow it on the carrier\'s site or straight from your MDE dashboard, stage by stage: departure from our warehouse, transit, customs clearance and delivery in Armenia.
For normal purchases, just the invoice or receipt with the real value: we prepare the rest of the export paperwork and the declaration. Invoice with real value; prescription for medicines (and count the boxes: max 10 names × 3 packs); EAEU notification for radio equipment where applicable.
Yes: a personal gift uses the same €200/31 kg per-shipment allowance, so under the threshold it arrives tax-free. Declare real value and mark "gift".
200 € and 31 kg per shipment. It dropped from the 1,000 € that applied until April 2024. Consolidating your purchases below 200 € per shipment saves you the duty.
By slicing: the allowance is per shipment, not per year. The Armenian community in Europe has it figured out: large purchases split into sub-€200 shipments enter clean of duties, as often as needed. Your MDE locker lets you group exactly as far as suits you and trigger when you choose.
The charge on the excess above the allowance is set to drop from 15% to 5% under the new EAEU regime. If you have a pending shipment above €200, waiting for it to take effect may pay off; we will confirm at the moment you prepare your shipment.
