No, and it is the most expensive misunderstanding: that exemption applies only to shipments from the United States (US-Colombia FTA). From Europe, your shipment always pays the 19% VAT and, unless EU origin is documented, the flat 10% courier duty.
Through the EU-Colombia trade agreement: if the invoice carries the European origin declaration, the 10% duty disappears and the shipment pays only the 19% VAT. On European-brand purchases it is the number-one saving lever: ask us to include the document.
