Every shipment includes a tracking number. Follow it on the carrier\'s site or straight from your MDE dashboard, stage by stage: departure from our warehouse, transit, customs clearance and delivery in French Polynesia.

No. French Polynesia sits outside the EU's fiscal territory: the sale from Europe is a VAT-exempt export. What you pay is the local taxation on arrival (allowance, flat rate or 16% TVA depending on value).
Because in the 20,000-50,000 XPF band the flat rate is 20% for EU origin versus 30% for the rest, plus the EU-OCT preferential regime with proof of origin. The same purchase made in Europe pays a third less than one made in the US.
