It's the "fall Prime Day" and the starting gun for a shopping season that continues with Singles Day and Black Friday 2026. The usual catch: many Amazon deals don't ship to your country, or they arrive with international shipping that eats up the discount. When is the October 2026 Prime Day: dates and times
Amazon has officially confirmed that Prime Big Deal Days 2026 runs on 6–7 October. In Europe it starts at 00:01 CET on Tuesday the 6th and ends at 23:59 on Wednesday the 7th; in the United States it kicks off at 12:01 a.m. PT on 6 October. Throughout those 48 hours, new deals drop several times a day, and many are time-limited or available only while stocks last, so it pays to have your wish list ready and your delivery address set up before the 6th.
The participating countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
What deals to expect during Prime Big Deal Days 2026
Amazon is announcing deals across more than 35 categories, with a special focus on home, fashion, toys, beauty and electronics, plus early holiday gifts and Halloween products. Based on previous editions, these are the categories where the discounts really stand out:
- Electronics and gaming: headphones, smartwatches, tablets, consoles and accessories, plus Amazon's own devices (Kindle, Echo, Fire TV).
- Small appliances and kitchen: coffee machines, robot vacuums, air fryers.
- Beauty and fragrance: European brands that cost twice as much back home, or simply aren't sold there at all.

- Start your list now: save products to your wish list so you can see at a glance which ones drop in price on the 6th.
- Compare the same product across several Amazon stores: prices on Amazon.de, Amazon.es or Amazon.it can vary quite a bit.
- Check the price history to tell a genuine discount from an inflated one.
- Check who sells and ships it: products "sold and shipped by Amazon" work best with Prime and with returns.
- Be careful with batteries, perfumes and aerosols: they're goods with shipping restrictions, so check first how we ship dangerous goods.
- Combine Prime Day and Black Friday in one shipment: keep your purchases at the warehouse and ship them together to pay for a single freight.
