That is why we are delighted to announce that we are expanding our network with a new warehouse in Barcelona, open since September 2026 for all our customers. It joins the Barcelona and Valencia warehouses you already know, which keep operating as usual, and our network in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, the United States, Hong Kong, China and Turkey.
More capacity and faster processing
This new centre multiplies our operating capacity and lets us handle a much larger volume of packages with faster processing times. In practice, your purchases are received, checked, consolidated and prepared for international shipping more quickly, with the same traceability as always: photo, measurements and weight of every package in your account, at every step.
What kind of goods we can handle now
The new warehouse widens the type of goods we can manage for you:
- Small parcels, for everyday purchases: fashion, electronics, spare parts, collectibles.
- Larger loads and shipments, when you need to move more volume: big boxes, wholesale orders or pallet shipments.
- Special and dangerous goods: perfumes and cosmetics containing alcohol, lithium batteries, power banks or aerosols, with the classification, packaging and paperwork each type of shipment requires. We explain how it works in our guide on postal mail, couriers and dangerous goods.
Whatever you buy, we now have more tools to get it to your country.
A strategic location in Barcelona
The warehouse is strategically located in Barcelona, close to the city centre, the port, the Zona Franca logistics area and the airport. For you this means two things: Spanish stores deliver to your address sooner, and your shipments leave with fewer intermediate legs, both by air and by sea, which is where time and money are saved on an international shipment.
Pick-up at InPost, SEUR and DHL points: included, at no extra cost
One of the new features you will like most: the new warehouse is also an InPost, SEUR and DHL pick-up point. Many online stores only deliver to pick-up points, or do so more cheaply than to a home address. Until now that meant paying extra for us to go and collect the package; now the point is on our own premises, so we receive it directly for you at no cost.
Ideal for Vinted and Wallapop. Private sellers on Vinted and Wallapop almost always ship to a pick-up point, and both platforms work with InPost (Punto Pack and lockers) and with SEUR, and Vinted also with DHL. Now you choose our point as the destination, the seller drops the package at their usual point, and it reaches us with no pick-up cost and sooner than with home delivery plus an intermediate collection. If you buy from several sellers, we consolidate all the items into a single international shipment and the savings multiply. How to use it, in three steps:
- At checkout in the store or the app, choose delivery to an InPost, SEUR or DHL point and select our point. In your account you have the exact name it appears under and its address.
- When the store or seller confirms delivery, open your package in the app and request the pick-up. Even though the package is already on our premises, that notice is what lets us identify it as yours and check it in with photo, weight and measurements.
- From there, everything continues as usual: you consolidate, choose a carrier and ship.
If the store only delivers to a nearby point of another carrier, we can go and collect it too. In that case the pick-up does have a cost, and you see it in the app before confirming.
Buy for me: we buy on your behalf and take care of everything
Our Buy for me service is also available at the new warehouse. If the store rejects your foreign card, only sells to residents of Spain, asks for a payment you cannot make from your country or you simply do not want the hassle, send us the product link and we buy on your behalf with a Spanish payment method. We receive the order in Barcelona, check it and prepare it for international shipping. It also works with private sellers on Vinted and Wallapop and with suppliers that only deliver within Spain.
How to start using it
You do not have to do anything special. Log in to your account: the new Barcelona warehouse appears first in your list of addresses. Copy that address into the store where you shop and we take care of the rest. The Barcelona and Valencia warehouses you were already using remain active, so your packages in transit are not affected.

Frequently asked questions
Since when can I use the new Barcelona warehouse?
It has been open to all customers since September 2026. It already appears in your account as the first available address in Spain.
Do I have to do anything to activate it?
No. Log in to your account, copy the new Barcelona address and use it for your purchases. The rest of the process, reception, photo, consolidation and shipping, is the same as always.
Are the previous Barcelona and Valencia warehouses still working?
Yes. Both remain active and you can keep using them. Packages already on their way to those addresses arrive as normal.
Does pick-up at InPost, SEUR and DHL points have a cost?
No, if you choose our point: it is on our own premises and we receive it directly. You only need to request the pick-up from your package in the app so we can identify it as yours. Nearby points of other carriers do have a pick-up cost, which you see before confirming.
Does the InPost or SEUR point work for Vinted and Wallapop purchases?
Yes, and that is where the savings show most. The seller drops the package at their usual InPost, SEUR or DHL point, it reaches our point with no pick-up cost and you receive it sooner. If you buy from several sellers, we consolidate everything into a single international shipment.
Can you buy for me if the store does not accept my card?
Yes. With the Buy for me service we buy on your behalf with a Spanish payment method, receive the order in Barcelona and ship it to your country. We take care of the whole process.
Can I ship perfumes, batteries or large loads from this warehouse?
Yes. The new centre handles small parcels, larger loads and pallets, and special and dangerous goods with the paperwork and packaging the regulations require. If in doubt, ask us before you buy.
Do I lose the packages in my subscription that I do not use this month?
No. As long as you keep your subscription active, unused packages roll over to the following month.
