Key dates to keep in mind
February 15, 2026 → the updated address of the USA warehouse takes effect.
Until February 28, 2026 → only packages already in transit to the previous address will be processed.
After that date, only the active address shown in your Control Panel will be in operation.
It is essential to use exclusively the information shown in your panel.
Why did we make this update?
Because we're growing.
The volume of operations from the United States has increased and we needed a structure ready for:
Greater receiving and storage capacity.
More efficient consolidation processes.
Better traceability control.
Handling of commercial cargo.
More robust international dispatch.
The warehouse is now optimized to support both individual purchases and higher-volume commercial operations.
Services available at the USA warehouse
The operation in the United States includes:
Receipt of individual packages.
Receipt of cargo.
Storage.
Content inspection.
Professional repackaging.
Separation of goods.
Consolidation of multiple shipments.

New capabilities added
In addition to traditional parcels, we now handle:
Pallet cargo.
Air exports.
Sea shipments.

We do not carry out domestic distribution within the United States, except to other authorized forwarding companies.
Consolidations and planning
During this new operational stage:
No transfers between warehouses will be carried out.
If you're going to consolidate packages, they must all be sent to the same warehouse from the start.
It's essential to plan your purchases accordingly.
Active benefit: Tax Free
Delaware is a state with no Sales Tax.
This means that when you buy from online stores within the United States and send your order to our warehouse in Delaware:
- No state sales tax is applied.
- You pay the product price without Sales Tax.
- Your purchase can end up between 5% and 10% cheaper, depending on the retailer.
This benefit applies to purchases made within the USA sent to our warehouse in Delaware.
It's not a later refund.
It's a direct advantage at the moment of purchase.
⚠️ How to complete the address correctly on your purchases
To avoid delays or identification errors:
Always include your personal code in the Apt / Suite field.
Don't leave out the code.
Don't mix the code with the name.
Don't use old addresses.
Check that you're copying the exact information from your Panel.
Your code is what allows us to automatically verify your package and assign it correctly to your account.
In the example image you can see how the checkout should be completed on marketplaces: customer name + correct address + code in the corresponding field.
Without a code, there's no automatic identification.

Log in to your Control Panel.
Check the active address of the USA warehouse.
Confirm your personal code.
Update your saved addresses on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or other marketplaces.
