Key changes in the feature
- Removal of initial measurements and weight:
- You no longer need to enter the measurements and weight when creating a package. This information is now determined during the check-in process at our warehouse, where our experts record the exact details of each parcel.
- New Multi-Box component:
- Instead of the four traditional text fields, you will now see an improved component that lets you add or duplicate rows, making it easier to declare several parcels within a single shipment. If you only have one parcel, simply use a single row.
- Package management in tables:
- Within the package view, incoming parcels are displayed in a table that allows for clear and detailed visualization. Likewise, outgoing parcels, which can be edited before proceeding to payment, are managed efficiently during the consolidation or repackaging process, ensuring that each parcel is correctly labeled and prepared for shipping.
- Shipping quote tool with Multi-Box support:
- Another important improvement is that our shipping quote tool now also supports the Multi-Box feature. This means you can get an accurate calculation of shipping costs for shipments that contain multiple parcels, all in a single process, optimizing both your time and your costs.
