At MDE, we keep working to offer you a more complete service tailored to your needs. We are pleased to announce a new feature that lets you manage your delivery addresses in a more flexible and convenient way.
Multiple delivery addresses
Depending on the subscription plan you have, you can now associate different delivery addresses with your account:
- Basic Plan: 1 delivery address
- Intermediate Plan: 2 delivery addresses
- Advanced Plan: 3 delivery addresses
- Premium Plan: 10 delivery addresses
How to make the most of this new feature
In the
My Profile section, you can add as many recipients as you need. You no longer have to send your packages to the same person or address every time. You can easily customize and manage your recipients to adapt to your changing needs.
Set a default address: You can set a default address from your profile so that it is the one preselected by default when you request a shipping quote. This will save you time and ensure you always use the correct address.
Address changes: You can change the address and contact details as many times as you need, as long as you have not used that address yet, or if at least 6 months have passed since its first use.
Add recipients: Add as many recipients as you like within your profile so that each shipment reaches the right person. You will need to specify full name, ID/passport, email, phone and full address.
Remember: If you have several addresses associated with your account, make sure to select the correct delivery address when choosing the shipping method to avoid errors in your shipment.
Need more addresses?
If your needs have grown and you require more addresses than your current plan offers, you can consider an
upgrade of your
membership. This way, you will have access to more delivery addresses and enjoy greater flexibility in your shipments.
