With the end of the year just around the corner, we wanted to take a moment to look back and, above all, to thank you for being part of MDE.
This has been a year of real growth. Not only in volume, but in the evolution of the kind of customers who use the platform and in the role that MDE plays today within their projects.
We were born in Europe to provide a solution for the individual buyer, for people who wanted to shop in the European market and couldn't find a simple way to do it. Over time, that need kept growing and, along with it, so did we. Today we provide service across Europe, America and Asia, with a network of warehouses in 10 countries, allowing our customers to buy, consolidate and ship products from multiple origins to anywhere in the world.
Along the way, we've seen many users evolve: first into entrepreneurial buyers, who discovered the potential of international logistics and built their own businesses, and then into buyer companies, organizations that now use us on a recurring basis to source supplies, samples or products from suppliers that don't offer international shipping.
Today, hundreds of companies rely on MDE as a key part of their operations, integrating us into their supply chain to access suppliers in multiple countries and receive their purchases directly at their destination.
Throughout this year we have supported that evolution by expanding our infrastructure, strengthening agreements with carriers, adding new warehouses and improving internal processes so that the platform is increasingly flexible, stable and able to adapt to different levels of use and complexity.
Looking ahead to 2026, the buyer will remain the centerpiece of the platform, as has been the case since day one. Our focus continues to be on making access to international products, suppliers and markets simple, reliable and transparent.
On that foundation, we're taking the product's evolution one step further. We'll begin to add new tools and use cases designed also for sellers and partners, who will be able to integrate into the ecosystem and use the core of MDE as an essential part of their own businesses. This evolution will allow us to further enhance the value we offer to the buyer, expanding the network, the options and the possibilities, without losing focus on what defines us.
The goal is clear: to leverage the unique value we've built —the orchestration between domestic logistics in multiple countries and door-to-door international shipping— to create a more complete, connected and useful ecosystem for everyone involved.
We remain committed to a relationship based on transparency, stability and the long term. We want to build a solid, predictable and useful product that grows with you and with the real needs of the market.
